• 2–3 potatoes • 1 sweet potato • 1 tablespoon of olive oil • Seasonings of your choice (generously): salt, sweet paprika, hot paprika, dried garlic, oregano and other spices, depending on the flavour of chips you want to achieve
Dip: • 150 g of Planton Chef Natural • 2 garlic cloves • 1 teaspoon of mustard • A squeeze of lemon juice • Salt and pepper (other seasonings optional) • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast flakes • Chives
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and sweet potato, then cut them into thin slices using a mandoline slicer, for example. Pat them thoroughly dry with paper towels, then toss with olive oil and seasonings. Mix well. Bake the slices in batches. Arrange them side by side on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in an oven preheated to 190°C for approximately 20 minutes. Turn the slices over halfway through baking. Keep a close eye on them to ensure they become crispy without burning. Set the baked chips aside to cool, then repeat the process until all the vegetables have been used. Finally, prepare the dip. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve the crispy chips with the dip.
